Bucket Conveyor Prevent Spillage Design

Bucket conveyor has several types of buckets, such as 1L, 1.8L, 3.8L and 6.5L.
For the past few months, our team has put a lot of effort into improving the old type of 3.8L bucket conveyor to a more smoothly working type. Finally, we are now having this new prevent spillage 3.8L bucket conveyor. The feeding entrance now is straight not the wave type, check the video to learn more.

• Buckets are with the volume of 3.8L food grade ABS material, temperature -20 to 80 ℃, view Wikipedia
• The gears are 45# steel
• Chains are stainless steel material
• Conveying capacity 6-10cbm/h(depends on the density of the product)
• Fram-painted steel or carbon steel
• Discharge height of 3110mm, other sizes can be specially made

The bucket sizes are 417(L) x216(W) x100(deep) mm, that would fit the big articles, such as pepper with the sizes about 5 to 6 inches.
And the pepper is light, so the big hopper can carry more products and meet the required capacity.

The big dates are the best example to use this type of bucket conveyor because the dates are very heavy, but this Z conveyor has a strong profile, such as the chain is full 304# stainless steel, even the gears are made of steel, and the buckets are thick than the 1.8L buckets a lot.

The bucket conveyor has an electrical box and it can be controlled by the photoelectric sensors or by the combination weigher. There is terminal in the electrical box for connecting the wires of the combination weigher. The engineer would provide the electrical diagram as well. It’s easy to install. If needed, we can send the engineer overseas to do the installation and training, etc.
