Bowl type indexing conveyor

According to the demand of the market, our company developed another indexing conveyor, the bowl type conveyor that is easier to clean (Fast and easy to take off the bowl to clean, please check the demonstration above) and sanitary than traditional bucket elevators, resulting in lower cost of ownership and reduce downtime.

The blow type indexing conveyor is customizable to desired heights and there are 2L, 4L and 6L bowls for different capacities.

Indexing conveyor connects the multihead weigher that giving signals to running or stopping, and with the vertical packaging machines become an indexing system. Continue running speed of about 65-75 /min.

Those combination scales are for different kinds of products, four sets can mix four different products, this system is very good for the height limited workshop but needs to mix the products, and want to wash the bucket often, this is a good choice

Belt type indexing conveyor

Depends on the application, there is belt type indexing conveyor for vertical and horizontal conveying.

Those indexing conveyors have equipment with casters that can move the machine to anywhere you want, the gears, screws and nuts are made of stainless steel. Motor and control panel are water-proof available. The materials meet NSF, FDA, USDA and BISCC standards
