The system is fully automatic second bagging equipment.  it’s for arranging several small bags into one big plastic bag, becomes one or two columns.

The whole system consists of one horizontal conveyor, one inclined conveyor with the middle baffle in case the bags falling down, one belt conveyor same size with the inclined conveyor for pressing the bags, make them even and organized when uploading.
The upper conveyor with a more fast speed conveying the bags down to the bag former of the vertical packaging machine( VFFS), the big bag width up to 800mm.

How to control it?

The conveyors are controlled by one panel and mounted to somewhere comfortable for the operator.
The VFFS got a PLC  touch screen, it can save 10 parameters.

For small sachet, the ناقل الدلو is quite suitable for that.
